Alaska Best B&B Package - Terms and Conditions:
There is a limited inventory for these packages for the 2010 season. Secure your first choice of dates by booking your package now.
Your reservation is guaranteed when full payment of wire transfer, personal check, money order or final authorization of your credit card is processed. We accept visa, master card and discover. The credit card you provide will be charged the full amount of the reservation after availability is confirmed. By giving your credit card for confirmation you are agreeing to pay the reservation in full and adhere to the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy: An administration fee of 10% of total reservation will be charged for cancellations made up until 31 days prior to 1st day of travel. Reservations cancelled within 30 days are non-refundable. For reservations made 60 or more days prior there will be a 10-day grace period in which you can cancel without a fee.
Activity Cancellation Policy: 10% cancellation fees apply on all reservations cancelled 31 days prior to arrival. Non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days.
Change Fee Policy: Once confirmed and invoiced, any changes to existing reservations, including a change of dates, are subject to administrative fee $50, plus any applicable cancellation fees charged by vendors. All requests for changes must be received in writing.
All prices and offers listed are per person, based on double occupancy. All prices and offers are valid for new individual bookings only made on or after January 1, 2010. All prices and offers are subjected to change & availability, may not be combined with other promotions and discounts, and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Due to the nature of seasonal small businesses in Alaska, we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation or change policy for any reason, including family and medical emergencies. As always, for your peace of mind and added protection, we strongly encourage you to consider trip insurance through a provider of your choice such as Access America, Travel Guard, or Travelex.
The Alaska Best B&B Guarantee: Our guarantee applies to our Queen Plus Package and our King Always Package. You are guaranteed a full breakfast and private bath for both of these packages. The specific package chosen determines the class of bed you are guaranteed. If you chose a King Always Package you are guaranteed a king bed each night of your stay. If you have chosen a Queen Plus Package, you are guaranteed a queen bed or a king bed each night of your stay. After you check into your B&B, if you fail to receive from the Alaska Best host B&B, a full breakfast, a private bath, or the class of bed promised by your chosen package, you are entitled to a refund for the night in which this criteria was not met.
It is the intention of each Alaska Best B&B to fulfill the package criteria and go beyond to give you a wonderful experience. However, events do happen that are out of the control of even the very best B&B keepers like a health issue or unforeseen repair requirement that may take rooms out of use. If your Alaska Best B&B host is unexpectedly unable to meet the criteria of the package, the host may arrange a comparable or better accommodation for you, at no additional expense to you, and give you notice of such a change no less than 24 hours prior to your date of arrival. This comparable accommodation must meet the guaranteed criteria of private bath and class of bed you have chosen. The offering of 'full breakfast' is becoming less available in Alaska. If your host is only able to reserve comparable accommodation which does not offer breakfast, you are entitled to a refund of $10.00 per person for each night. For example, a couple would receive $20.00 refund for one night stay in a comparable accommodation which did not offer full breakfast.
Please note that our Custom Packages allow non-Alaska Best B&B accommodations to be included and do not come with a guarantee.
