Highland Glen Lodge Bed and Breakfast is located 15 minutes from ANC and downtown Anchorage. Five spacious suites, all with private bathrooms and two guest lounges with many amenities such as large screen T.V., kitchen, books, DVD library and wireless internet. Guests enjoy exceptional comfort at Highland Glen while also enjoying beautiful grounds, lawns with croquet and horseshoes, gazebo, lounge chairs, outdoor deck and hot tub.

 

 

 

 

Our full breakfasts are served in our Great Room and dining rooms on fine china and include piping hot tea or coffee, juice, a fresh fruit plate, fresh hot scones, and an entree of specialty omelets, reindeer sausage, sourdough waffles and a variety of fine dishes including a full English breakfast.

 

 

Afternoon tea is also served.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Located on the Hillside providing a quiet rural setting yet just minutes away from the major points of interest in Anchorage.  The Anchorage International Airport is only eight miles (15 minutes) on a very direct route and the downtown area of Anchorage is twenty minutes also on a direct route from the Highland Glen Lodge B & B. Close at hand are O’Malley’s on the Green, Alaska’s only 18 hole Golf course and restaurant, the Alaska Zoo, the H2Oasis, Alaska’s only indoor water park and Hilltop Ski area.
